Refund and Cancellation Policy

7-day refund

If the notes do not work for you, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your payment ID, and we will refund the full amount. No questions asked.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or netbanking) through Razorpay. We start the refund within 2 working days of your request; it usually reaches your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

Cancellation

Because the product is delivered instantly as a digital download, an order cannot be cancelled once payment is complete. You can still ask for a refund within 7 days as described above.

Failed or double payments

If money was deducted but you did not receive a download link, or you were charged twice, contact us with the payment ID and we will either send the link or refund the extra payment.
