Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026

NotesbyToppers sells digital products only (PDF and ePUB files). Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges.

How you receive your order

Right after a successful payment, a download link appears on the confirmation screen and is emailed to the address you entered at checkout. Delivery usually takes under 2 minutes, and at most 24 hours.

Download link

Your download link works for 1 year from purchase. Download the files once and they are yours to keep.

Where we deliver

Because delivery is by email, you can receive your order anywhere you have internet access.

Didn't receive it?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If the link still hasn't arrived, email [email protected] with your Razorpay payment ID and we will resend it within 1 working day.
